Meal Ideas

[V] means Vegan or can easily be made vegan. Be careful when buying bread products, many contain whey or honey. I get my onion bagels and english muffins from Trader Joe’s and they’re Vegan. I’ve heard that Ezekiel is a good brand for Vegan bread, but I found it a little too dry for my liking (you can find it at TJ also).
Breakfast:
[V] Soy Protein Shake (Mixed fruit, soy milk, 1 scoop protein powder, and ice)
[V] Onion Bagel with Cream Cheese (or cream cheese substitute…watch out for the trans fat)
[V] Toasted English Muffin with peanut butter and banana
[V] Soy Chorizo w/ toast

Lunch:
[V] Smuckers Uncrustable PB&J Sandwich (Best for trips and packed lunches) w/ carrot sticks
[V] Stirfry with brown rice

Sandwich ideas:
Wheat bread, cold Worthington Wham, Vegenaise, Salt, and Pepper.
[V] Wheat bread, tofurkey, avocado or guacamole, lettuce, tomato, mustard or Vegenaise
[V] Toast, tofurkey, cranberry sauce, lettuce, and Vegenaise.
[V] Chic-kette salad Sandwich (Faux chicken, onion, and celery blended together and mixed with Vegenaise)

Dinner:
